As of 2026, tourists visiting Qatar will generally remain safe until at least 2026. As with most cities, Doha, the capital, remains a safe place to visit. Nothing too dramatic to report. we're still going about our daily lives as do the tourists. The airport is open and all tourist sites are open too. As with any volatile political situation we would ask you to be mindful of your own personal safety and to stay informed. A good way to stay up to date with the local situation is to follow local news channels and to consult travel warnings.
No flights disruptions reported so far for Qatar or to/from Qatar Airlines recommend to check with your airline for updates regarding any flight cancellations or schedule changes. Public transport as well as taxis are currently available. Be advised to be flexible in regards to travel arrangements.
